Today, Twitter has finally completed shutting down its original API allowing apps like ListOfTweets to access past tweets with ease. The new API would require users to login and would also require substantial rework on my part. So I've had to close the site permanently today. Not an easy thing to do as it's proven useful to me over the past four years, as it has thousands of others, but the level of rework required makes it unviable. I recommend Storify for curating tweets and other content.

I'm now working on Player FM, an app to help you discover new podcasts. We curate podcasts on specific topics and it will increasingly do for spoken-word audio what ListOfTweets did for microblogging.
